I’m writing my first two novels.

—Two?

—Yes.

I started one, a lovely story that I wanted to share, but I couldn’t find the time or conviction to keep going. Eventually it malingered in a forgotten folder. I started another during NaNoWriMo 2010, signing up on the first day with no more than a vague plot in my head. In the following weeks I realised that I could find the time. And the motivation.

I’ve since returned to my first novel. It should be ready to send out to agents in 2012. Then I’ll go back and complete novel number two.
